About Rashmi, Founder of RashmiC

Rashminder (Rashmi) Chandel holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from a leading university in India. She also holds a Professional Architecture License in the State of Texas and India as well as a LEED AP accreditation. Rashmi has over 27 years of extensive experience as an architect specializing in planning and design, interior design, and construction administration. She has designed and managed complex new constructions as well as remodel projects of various size and scope from end-to-end. She guides clients from site evaluation through architecture design development, construction documentation and the permitting process, and assists in construction administration and project management.

Rashmi provides context-sensitive design solutions that incorporate attractive aesthetics along with the functional, operational, scheduling, budgetary, and environmental needs of the clients. She has operational experience of international building codes, state and local codes, zoning requirements, state and national ADA laws, and permitting processes to help you navigate the regulatory aspects of your project.
